Festa da Capoeira is Ginga Mundo Oakland's annual batizado event. Hosted by Formado Chipa and his students, our Festa de Capoeira will feature capoeira workshops and rodas led by Mestre Sabiá and other visiting guests. We will have our batizado event to initiate new students and promote continuing students. And this year, we will also be hosting our Capoeira Music Festival!
